Surplus opened in 1999 on Montreal's Saint-Laurent Boulevard, back when streetwear was still underground and authenticity mattered more than hype. Twenty-five years later, we've evolved, but our obsession hasn't changed: hand-picked pieces from the brands we love, treated with the respect they deserve.
