Surplus Return Policy

 

At Surplus, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund.

Return Fees:

  • A $10 return fee will apply.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • This policy applies to all clothing, shoes, and accessories.

How to Return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive a return authorization and further instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • For exchanges, once the returned item(s) are approved, we will send out the replacement item(s) promptly.

Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item(s) following the return policy above.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Surplus is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including packages left unattended at the delivery address.

  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery address, request signature upon delivery when available, or use a pickup location.

  • In the event of theft, customers may file a claim with their credit card provider (e.g., Visa purchase protection), local authorities, or home insurance, if applicable.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Surplus Brands is not responsible for return shipping costs for orders under $150.
